Not actually started using this as haven’t finished my current one which I’ve been using for some time and didn’t want to run out - it works!!!

Use it everyday,it’s helping my arthritic fingers and thumbs enormously, my knees too

I started with the set of small starter bottles of different fragrances of massage oils with turmeric and just as they had started to run out saw the new fragrance of Frankincense and Lime which is really gorgeous! I do find that any niggling aches or cramps disappear quickly on applying the oil plus the beautiful aroma helps me to sleep on the nights when I'm having trouble dropping off! A really good find!

Think I’m addicted to this now! Just love the flavour, add it to yoghurt, or my kefir, onto my toast and marmalade, even over poached eggs. Anything.
The fact that it’s also doing me good, makes it a win win.

I love this spice mix and have been adding it to my coffee every morning. It's quick, convenient and tasty wonderful.

Pain in my knees has eased slightly so will continue to use on a daily basis

I was suffering from plantar fasciitis and a quarter of a teaspoon per day of turmeric has eased the problem and helped my aching joints too. A fabulous benefit that I wasn’t expecting is that I sleep soooo much better now!

I have been using turmeric massage oil for over a year and it is fantastic for my arthritis. I massage 3 drops onto each knee morning and night and I can honestly say I very very rarely have pain now...and I massage the residue into my hands and fingers.
It really is my magic potion and i have recommended it to many friends. The new Frankincense & Lime is excellent.

I have tried this in water and it is lovely and strong, so only needs a little. What I am really keen to do is to add it to lamb and chicken dishes towards the end of cooking. This should avoid the chewy bits of stalks and fresh leaves.

I was sceptical but now wouldn’t be without my turmeric oil. I have stenosis of the spine and use the oil to relieve the pain in my legs. It certainly helps , and also has a lovely smell.

Nice oil. Used to apply to arthritic knees. Smells lovely and so easy to use and apply. A little goes a long way! Very light and although the turmeric smell dominates in application, the other fragrances fill the room afterwards, with a gorgeous aroma.

I use this for my arthritis and it really works. I can definitely feel the difference if I don’t use it for a bit. Have even postponed a foot operation as the pain is nowhere near as bad as it was.

Using tumeric and orange oil on sore knee .using twice a day and finding it helps . It’s a little tricky to get out the bottle but i will buy again. Leaves a nice warm feeling and smells lovely
