HOW IT WORKS

1. CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCT

Pick the product(s) of your choice and click Subscribe & Save. You can add as many products to your subscription as you like - they'll be in your basket when you head over to the checkout. All our subscriptions now come with FREE delivery! Please note we don’t offer some of our products on subscription service. Those products that are available on subscription will have the option of ‘subscribe & save’ in the product page. 

2. SELECT YOUR FREQUENCY (every 30 days, 60 days, 90 days)

We recommend daily use of all PureXtracts products to experience optimal benefits. Our flexible options let you choose the frequency that’s right for you. Select delivery from every 30 days, 60 days or 90 days. Delivery is FREE on all orders. 

Using more products than expected? Manage your subscription any time directly through your Subscribe & Save account that you will access from your original activation email.

Once you have successfully subscribed to a plan, you will receive a confirmation email that will serve as your account. Save this email as this will be how you access and change your Subscribe & Save account.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Recurring payments will be made to your account based on your selected frequency. If you need to update your credit card information, you can do so through your account.

4. WHAT'S THE COMMITMENT?

Our subscription service is designed for people who have tried our products and want to buy them regularly. If you are buying for the first time, we recommend you to not buy on subscription as you want to try them out first before deciding to buy regularly! IMPORTANT- to avoid misuse of our subscription service, there is an admin fee of £10 or 25% of the order value (whichever is higher) for customers who order for the first time on subscription and decide to cancel before their second renewal. Unfortunately we do not accept returns if you’ve purchased products on subscription and are not happy with them. You should only buy on subscription if you are happy with them and want to use them in the future. 

For those who have ordered with us before and would like to go on subscription, there’s no commitment when you subscribe, and subscriptions can be cancelled anytime without any admin fees. We send a courtesy email reminding customers of their ship dates three days prior to the scheduled ship date. You can cancel or change your subscription any time through your 'My Account'.

5. TRIPLE SAVINGS!

When you subscribe to a Subscribe & Save plan, you can also receive reward points when you join our PureRewards loyalty programme. It is free to join, for more information about our loyalty programme, click on the PureRewards icon in the bottom left-hand corner of our website. You also get FREE delivery on all subscription orders.

Below are answers to some of the frequently asked questions. If you still have further questions about our subscriptions, please send us a message.

Our simple subscription service ensures you never run out of your favourite products. You'll save 20% on every order and you can pause or cancel any time. You also get FREE delivery with every order.

You can access your Customer Portal through your Account login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.

Alternatively, you can access your account using the Customer Portal direct link. This link is normally sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email. 

If none of above works, just contact us and we will sort it out for you.

To cancel your subscription, just follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Within the Manage Subscriptions tab, click the Cancel link next to the subscription item you would like to cancel.

3. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancellation reason.

You can always contact us if you are having issues with managing or cancelling your subscription. 

In the Billing Information tab under 'My Account' you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed or if you need to update your email address.

Absolutely! You may add as many products as you’d like to your subscription.

Yes you can mix one-time purchase and subscription in the same order! Just opt for one-time purchase when selecting the product.

Absolutely! If you would like to take more or less you can easily adjust the amount and frequency of each order via your online account. Just log in by clicking ‘Account’ in the top navigation bar of our website, then find the correct product and click ‘Edit my subscription’.

Yes you earn points on subscription too, giving you double savings!

Your subscription order will be sent Royal Mail 48 tracked service, so you should receive your delivery in 2-3 working days. If you live outside the UK your delivery is likely to take longer.
