Using more products than expected? Manage your subscription any time directly through your Subscribe & Save account that you will access from your original activation email.
Once you have successfully subscribed to a plan, you will receive a confirmation email that will serve as your account. Save this email as this will be how you access and change your Subscribe & Save account.
Recurring payments will be made to your account based on your selected frequency. If you need to update your credit card information, you can do so through your account.
There’s no commitment once you subscribe, and subscriptions can be cancelled anytime (as long as it’s at least 2 days prior to your next scheduled order). We send a courtesy email reminding customers of their ship dates three days prior to the scheduled ship date. You can cancel your subscription any time through your Subscribe & Save account.
When you subscribe to a Subscribe & Save plan, you can also receive reward points when you join our PureRewards loyalty programme. It is free to join, for more information about our loyalty programme, click on the PureRewards icon in the bottom left-hand corner of our website. You also get FREE delivery on all subscription orders.

You can access your Customer Portal through your Account Login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.
Alternatively, you can access your account using the Customer Portal direct link. This link is normally sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.

Yes you can remove products any time. Just log in to ‘My Account’ in the top navigation bar of our website, then find the correct product and click ‘Manage subscriptions’.

Absolutely! We recommend using our products every day to maintain levels of the active ingredient in your body. If you would like to take more or less than one pack a month you can easily adjust the amount and frequency of each order via your online account. Just log in by clicking ‘Account’ in the top navigation bar of our website, then find the correct product and click ‘Edit my subscription’.
Your subscription orders will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class, so you should receive your delivery in 2-3 working days. If you live outside the UK your delivery is likely to take longer.
We now offer free delivery on all subscription orders.
You don't have to do anything. All subscription orders processed after 29th Aug 2020 will automatically be with free delivery.

In the Billing Information tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed or if you need to update your email address.

In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the Subscriptions tab, click the Cancel link next to the subscription order you would like to cancel. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancellation reason. You can always contact us if you are having issues with managing or cancelling your subscription.
