Dissolve content of 1 stick from 7 Spice Extract- Stickpack REFILLS with your choice of drink or food. Avoid using boiling water. Can be taken any time of the day, we partcularly love it in the morning in our cereal or with apple juice.


Turmeric Extract, Black Pepper Extract, Cardamom Seed Extract, Cinnamon Extract, Clove Bud Extract, Ginger Root Extract, Maltose, Nutmeg Extract.

Our 7 Spice Blend is highly concentrated, so we blend it with natural maltose (found in a wide range of fruits and vegetables) to make it suitable for home consumption.

These stick packs are great, so easy to use. I sprinkle them on my breakfast banana and at lunch time on soup. I really feel a lot better, which at my age, it’s a big bonus.

Excellent service and product

Ordering was easy and delivery was very quick, as always with Pure Extracts.
I have only been taking the 7 Spice Blend for approx a week and I am not aware of any change in how I feel. However as a believer in Pure Extracts products I will continue with enthusiasm.
The product is very easy to use and dissolves immediately in water. There is a quite pleasant aftertaste of ginger. It must be doing me good.
