De-stressing Bundle

Add 1/8-1/4 teaspoon to any drink or sprinkle over food. Avoid using boiling water. Can be taken any time of the day. Add Rosemary to a bottle of sparkling water and enjoy the refreshing & brain-boosting drink throughout the day.

Apply oil onto palms of hands or directly onto skin and massage until absorbed. Use sparingly – a few drops go a long way!
