The taste was fine but the powder didn't mix very well.

It’s working!

I haven’t been taking the rosemary extract for long, but I can already see the difference - it’s as if my brain’s connections are stronger - lots of ideas and creative solutions that had disappeared due to post menopausal brain fog. Magic stuff!

Rosemary dry extract

The powder devolved better when the water was slightly warmer the taste is ok. I feel relaxed after using it and I seem to be sleeping better. Haven’t seen any improvement in memory yet but it’s early days so I’m hoping it will help.
