Pain Relief

Bought the tester Turmeric oil for my mum who has arthritis all over her She said it really helps with the pain relief and asked me to order some more for her

Relaxing and pain eased

I have used both the turmeric oil with lemongrass and lavender. Both smell nice, easy to to use and massage in well. Only a couple of drops cover the whole knee. Use them half an hour before going to bed, and I can get though most of the night. Occasionally I will put some on during the day too I told my consultant this is what I was doing and he said if it helps carry on. So now I don't take strong pain killers only 2 general over the counter ones in a morning. It did take a couple of days before i noticed how they were helping. My husband has stenosis of his spine so I told him I would gently massage it on him. We gave him 3 days then a couple of nights off, his pain was more intense on the nights off. So started him back in it.
I would happily tell people to give it a go, but don't think it's an immediate help, give it chance over a few days to get into your system.

Soothing oils

I’ve been using the Jasmine and Tumeric oil for over a year and find it soothes my knee joints.

Does what it says!

I was very wary to try pure extracts I thought it might just be another social media wonder that doesn't work...but I was desperate to get some relief from a knee that was in constant pain from osteoarthritis so bad I could barely put any weight on it for any length of time. I settled on the orange and neroli tumeric smells my surprise it actually made a difference. I've been using the oil for about 3 weeks, before my knee was so stiff and swollen I could hardly bend it..and the pain when I walked was constant...the swelling and stiffness have have improved dramatically(I have been trying to lose a few pounds too which does help) I can now bend my knee and walk downstairs alot more easily...the pain I found the longer I used the oil the more effective it was...I prefer to use my pure extracts oil rather than topical Gels as I've found it helps more with swelling and stiffness...if your sitting on the fence I would really recommend you try this really can help
