I started using turmeric oil on my knee 3 weeks ago at the time I was in excruciating pain as I need knee replacement update to now I am not completely pain free but oh so much better I can walk go up and down stairs hardly take any painkillers. The 7 spice I put on porridge in the morning honestly I cannot believe how my energy levels have improved, and the turmeric powder I take at night and my sleep pattern has definitely improved. I would not hesitate in recommending these products.
