Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
250g Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp honey (optional)
¼ tsp Cardamom Extract
Handful of strawberries, sliced
Handful of raspberries
Handful of blueberries
Chopped pistachios for topping
Method
Mix the yoghurt, honey and Cardamom Extract together until smooth.
Fold in half of the berries.
Spoon into small serving glasses or silicone moulds.
Freeze for 45–60 minutes until lightly set (not completely frozen).
Top with the remaining berries and pistachios before serving.
