A refreshing summer dessert that's kind to your gut 🍑

This fruity frozen sundae offers a lighter alternative. Simply add 4 Spice Extract a blend of fennel, mango ginger, ginger and cardamom, traditionally valued for their cooling properties, digestive support, natural magnesium content, and helping maintain a healthy balance of gut bacteria.

Ingredients
2 ripe peaches, sliced and frozen
150g Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version)
100g fresh raspberries
½ tsp 4 Spice Extract
1 tbsp chopped pistachios
1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Fresh mint leaves
A little lemon zest (optional)
Method
Freeze the peach slices for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
Stir the 4 Spice Extract into the yogurt until well combined.
In two chilled glasses, add a layer of frozen peach slices.
Spoon over some of the spiced yogurt.
Add a layer of fresh raspberries.
Repeat the layers until the glasses are full.
Finish with chopped pistachios, toasted coconut flakes, fresh mint and a little lemon zest for extra freshness.
Drizzle with a little honey if you'd like a touch more sweetness.
Serve immediately while the peaches are still beautifully frosty.
