1. Take turmeric before bed
Turmeric needs time to absorb in the body so it is best taken before you go to bed.

2. Energy levels
Taking ginger extract in the morning will give you a boost of energy to keep you feeling your best all day.

3. Headaches and migraines

Rubbing Turmeric Massage Oil with Lavender in feet can help relieve your headaches and migraines.

4. Pain in your face

Rub one of the Turmeric Massage Oil on your shoulder before you go to bed and you will notice a difference in your pain in the morning.

5. Warts

Rub Turmeric Massage Oil with Lemongrass on warts for few days which will help get rid of the warts.

6. Foot Horn

Rub our Turmeric Massage Oil 2-3 times a day and you will see the skin get soft and eventually the foot horn will disappear.

7. Constipation

Take 1/2 tsp of cumin extract with lots of water before you go to bed and it will help you to go in the morning.

8. Menopause

Taking cardamom extract will help manage hot flushes. Also rub Turmeric Massage Oil with Jasmine around your temple area for a relief.

9. Avoid boiling water

We make our extracts at a really low temperature of around 30 C so that we can preserve all bioactive compounds (as a comparator, average human body temperature is 37 C). Adding boiling water with our extracts will kill most of the good compounds we have preserved in our extracts.

10. Worried about staining

Our 100% natural turmeric massage oils will not stain your skin. But as with any natural oils, they can stain clothes if you apply too much. Our recommendation is to apply few drops and let the oil soak into your skin. If there is any excess oil, wipe it off with a tissue if you think there is a risk of staining your clothes.

11. About to get a cold

Take a concussion of 7 Spice Extract and Turmeric Extract (around 1/4 tsp each of both extracts) before you go to bed.

I started using, fenugreek and rosemary daily about 5 to 6 weeks ago. To help with my menopausal symptoms and I can’t recommend them enough. I have had a significant reduction in my hot flushes and my brain fog is almost gone and after a full hysterectomy 1 year ago I actually feel like myself again. I also use the massage oil with jasmine justv2 drops massaged into my feet before bed. I wake up feeling fully rested and able to face the day without a feeling of being lethargic from poor sleep.
