Delivery

PureXtracts is a UK-headquartered company with offices in France. Our internet orders are dispatched from the UK and are shipped via Royal Mail 24 tracked service within 1 day of receiving the order (orders are shipped Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays). All starter packs that have free shipping & subscription orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 tracked service. Please note that this is NOT a guaranteed service and Royal Mail aim to deliver in 1-4 working days (depending on the service it is sent by) but there could be delays beyond our or their control. During busy periods, particularly in March, April, July, November & December, there may be a delay of 24 hours due to high order volume. Orders are posted via Royal Mail 24 tracked service for UK addresses and airmail for all non-UK addresses. We sometimes use DPD, DHL and UPS too.

Royal Mail update (24/3/26): Royal Mail have informed us that they are having some minor delays in delivering parcels within the UK due to holiday season.

UK postage: PureXtracts offers free standard postage on orders over £35. Orders under £35 are charged £3. There is an option to upgrade to UPS fast tracked delivery for £5.99 which is currently being sent via Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery or DPD. Starter packs come with FREE UK delivery. Please note shipping is calculated on order value after any discounts.

Postage on subscription: We offer FREE UK delivery on all subscription orders. 

International postage: PureXtracts delivers to over 60 countries including the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Africa and Middle-East. Customers are able to find out whether PureXtracts delivers to your chosen country/location during the checkout process. All our international orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail or DPD service. UPDATE (20/7/23): unfortunately we no longer send items to Spain & Portugal, this is due to frequent customs & clearance issues our customers face in these 2 countries. 

For most countries, we offer FREE standard international postage on orders over £40. Orders below £40 are charged £5.99. Exact charges are calculated at the checkout. IMPORTANT: PureXtracts is not responsible for any customs and duties levied by your respective country. The only exception is if we are delivering to Ireland, France & USA where we pay all customs & duties on behalf of the customer.
