This is my second year using 7 Spice Blend on a daily basis (mixed in with a little morning cranberry juice). I believe it reduces stiffness in my knees and hands during the colder weather. Autumn through to spring I swap out my regular hand cream for the turmeric oils - Neroli & Orange being my favourite. Again, less stiffness with the bonus of very soft hands. I work at stables in all weathers, so every little helps. Would definitely recommend.

Good addition to my regime
I take this with my vits in the in the morning and the turmeric in the evening. The refills are so handy and time consuming and mix well with a full glass of water.
It definitely gifts me an energy lift first thing and I’m sure it aids my concentration!
Nice oil. Used to apply to arthritic knees. Smells lovely and so easy to use and apply. A little goes a long way! Very light and although the turmeric smell dominates in application, the other fragrances fill the room afterwards, with a gorgeous aroma.
I use this for my arthritis and it really works. I can definitely feel the difference if I don’t use it for a bit. Have even postponed a foot operation as the pain is nowhere near as bad as it was.
Using tumeric and orange oil on sore knee .using twice a day and finding it helps . It’s a little tricky to get out the bottle but i will buy again. Leaves a nice warm feeling and smells lovely
I have been using this turmeric and lavender oil for quite a while now. I find it really helps with my arthritis and back pain. I rub in after a shower and it's soothing, smells nice too. Also put on my knees if I have pain there, would recommend.
Bought this to try on my knobbly arthritic fingers and what a difference it makes. Eases the pain quickly and keeps pain at bay. Have recommended to friends and family.
I like the earthy cent of this oil and although early days I do feel it is helping my swollen joints.Bottle a little smaller than I thought,and 100ml but it is not full to the top ,but you only need a couple of drops

Massage oil starter bottle.
This isn’t the first time ordering but I am giving away starter bottles to friends who would benefit from them. I have no idea yet what feedback there will be unfortunately. As people don’t use straight away. !!! Myself I love these products of the oils. I do not have severe arthritis more neck creaky sounds and this helps a lot. And also my hands had a flare up due to knitting complication and it was good.my knees also have taken a beating with 1-2-1 training at age 80.

MAY I ADD a suggestion I had 3 items in my last order which was very expensive. It would have been useful if you could add delete or remove on ordering when you go to the review order. I would still buy them but at another week or just a little later.

Got the starter bottles to try for the smell as well as the healing properties, found the musk ,negroli and orange and lemon grass all smelling great. Tired the oils which absorbed really well had a good effect on my aching joints of my right hand also helped with running pain. Post run used on my knees. Will be looking to order larger bottle need to decide which one to go for.
