Cinnamon Dry Extract
I have been using Cinnamon extract for a few months now as I wanted something more natural to help fight against germs. My hip and knee both have developed arthritis. I’ve been told my hip is not bad enough for surgery so I thought I’d try this oil. I’ve been applying it each morning for a week and I am definitely in less pain as a result! I will continue to use the turmeric oil and have just bought the lemon grass too. Big thumbs up from me.
