PureRewards is a FREE to join rewards scheme where you can earn points every time you make a purchase on our website. Simply sign up to the programme by clicking on 'My Rewards' in the menu.

Alternatively, just make an account when prompted while placing your order and the points will be automatically credited to your account. 

There are many ways to earn points:

  • Sign up to the PureRewards programme (it's free to join!) and receive 100 points
  • For every £1 spent, earn 5 points. For example, £20 spend will earn you 100 points.
  • Like us on Facebook, earn 50 points
  • Follow us on TikTok and Instagram, earn 50 points for each social media page
  • Tell us your birthday, earn 200 points to spend on your birthday! (birthday must be entered at least 30 days in advance to receive points)
  • Leave a review on individual product page, google page or Facebook page and as a thank-you we will credit 200 points for your review

Spending your points is easy and there are many ways to spend points:

  • Order discount: 100 points are worth £1
  • Free shipping coupon: 250 points
  • 10% off coupon: 400 points
  • 15% off coupon: 700 points
  • £5 off coupon: 450 points 
  • £10 off coupon: 900 points
  • £25 off coupon: 2,000 points

Please note that currently you cannot automatically spend points on subscription orders (you do automatically collect points on subscriptions). If you wish to spend points on a subscription order, please contact us and we will help you out. Please note that you cannot spend reward points on your first subscription order and you cannot spend % off coupons on subscription. 

VIP TIERS

Our VIP tiers is to reward our most loyal customers. They will earn additional vouchers as they spend more with us. Your tier status will reset to Bronze every 1st Jan.

Our products are so amazing that over 70% of our new business comes through recommendations. So we thought why not reward our customers every time they recommend us. It is easy to recommend and there is no limit on the number of recommendations that you give (and therefore the number of times you earn!).

Here's how it works:

  • Join our PureRewards programme (see section above for how to join) or if you already have an account on our website then login to your account https://www.purextracts.co.uk/account/login 
  • Click on your personal My Rewards page & scroll down to your personal 'refer a friend' link
  • Send the link to your friend or family member who would love to purchase PureXtracts products
  • They will get £5 off their first order with that link (as long as their order is over £30 & they click on the personal link you sent to them to place their first order) and once they purchase, you will automatically receive a £5 voucher that you can use in your next purchase.

Buying through friend's referral link? Here's what you need to do:

  1. Click on the link your friend sent you. It will take you to our website
  2. When you are on our website, a pop up window will open on left of your screen (if you are on your PC or tablet)
  3. It will say- 'Get your £5 off'. Enter your email in the box and press 'claim your gift'
  4. You will then see your unique discount code. Press 'Apply Code'
  5. Then add products you want to buy to the basket. Remember you only get £5 off if your basket is over £30!
  6. Follow the checkout process and in the window you enter your shipping details, you will see £5 discount automatically applied 
  7. You can only get this referral discount on our website www.purextracts.co.uk
