I have used Pure Extracts oil with Lavender for some time and have found it to be very helpful for easing cramp in feet at night, also for arthritic hands & knee joints.. It lasts a long time as a little goes a long way. I apply to feet, hands & knee joints before bed & wear bedsocks to avoid staining sheets, but it does washout & not permanently stain anyway. A great product & highly recommend.

Excellent product for painful joints been using for a long time now really helps. Just need to add a rollerball to the bottles to avoid unnecesary spillage.

Have been using the massage oils for a couple of years now on my arthritic thumbs and I am now able to do crochet and knitting again. I would highly recommend the oils, they are easy to massage in, smell great and really do work.

I have had a painful shoulder for over 3 months and tried the usual over the counter remedies but nothing worked. I saw this online and thought I would try it, not really expecting miracles. Suffering from severe osteoarthritis in my hands this oil gives me great pain relief as I am not a fan of tablets. I use it last thing at bedtime and find this the most beneficial and optimal time. After years of painful twisted fingers I now can face the day with almost no pain in my finger joints. A win, win situation. Will not be without a large bottle now!
