So far this is my favourite of Lavender and lemongrass it is very soothing to my arthritic knee ,I apply it morning and evening and after excercise. I am looking forward to trying Jasmin next

I tried this oil after my sister brought a bottle for me. I have been having pain in my knee and hip following an accident three and a half years ago. Of late this has been causing me a lot of pain in bed especially when trying to get off to sleep.
I tried it not really expecting much but to my surprise it worked. later in the evening I out on more before going to bed - for the first time in weeks i was able to get to sleep WITHOUT ANY PAIN. Since then I have been using it every day and my joints are much better. Even if I don't need it so much during the day I always use it at night before bed.

I was skeptical at first when these arrived as the package felt empty! However each pack contains about 1/2 tsp of a mix of spices highly concentrated which I add to my breakfast every morning. Really enjoy the added kick provided by the ginger. I didn’t know which spice extract to buy so by choosing the 7 spice version I get to have all of them !

I have only been using this blend for a short time on either ice cream or yogurt and it’s amazing, adds a lovely flavour to both and it makes me feel good too

I've had arthritis in my hands for 15 years and no painkillers have worked. A steroid injection which should have lasted 18 months lasted 4 weeks, so when I saw a post on Facebook about Pure Xtracts massage oil I admit I didn't really think it would help. I have used the massage oil for several weeks on my arthritic thumb joint. It has certainly helped to reduce the pain in my joint. I love the lavender and tumeric. The oil absorbs nicely and is colourless . I have recommended it.
