This is my second year using 7 Spice Blend on a daily basis (mixed in with a little morning cranberry juice). I believe it reduces stiffness in my knees and hands during the colder weather. Autumn through to spring I swap out my regular hand cream for the turmeric oils - Neroli & Orange being my favourite. Again, less stiffness with the bonus of very soft hands. I work at stables in all weathers, so every little helps. Would definitely recommend.
Ordered the 6 pack of starter bottles. They were delivered in less than 24 hours. That was amazing. Have only tried two so far and I'm impressed with both. I will buy a large bottle of one of them at least.
