It has been about three weeks since I started using it for the pain in my knees, and it really has worked like magic. I'm now mostly pain-free, which has made such a difference. I've even recommended it to my mum, who suffers from arthritis.
I bought this to try out as the weather has been very warm. It smells lovely and refreshes your face when you spray it on. I would really recommend it.
Brought starter pack of 3 turmeric oils as have arthritis in my knees and wanted to stop taking over the counter medication. Seems to help so brought the larger bottle of lemon grass. I do apply morning & evening .Lovely smell too. Also helps my hands too when rubbing in so a bonus there too.
