I use the 4 Spice Blend in my first coffee of the day. I do not like ginger, I might even go as far as saying that I hate it. But as part of the 4 spices I can't taste it. On the contrary, I love the taste in my coffee. It's a great start to the day!

This is my first time using this oil and I feel it is giving me some relief from a painful knee and arthritis in my hands. It’s a lovely oil to use and very comforting at the time of use. I shall be ordering some more, but trying a different fragrance.
I have been using this oil for over 3 years now and it has helped with joint pain in my ankles and knees - I have recommended it to others as I’m a devotee!!
I chose to buy all 6 fragrance oils before deciding which one gives the best relief. At the moment I am using musk during the day and lavender at night. I am definitely feeling relief in my knees and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. At the moment the relief is the same so it's a preferential choice as to which fragrance you'd choose. Always be aware not to use too much as it does get on your clothes if you do.
I use turmeric oil on my joints morning and evening to help with stiffness and pain. It’s so good I’ve bought it as gifts for family and friends. The best one for back pain is the frankincense one according to my mum!

I like the earthy cent of this oil and although early days I do feel it is helping my swollen joints.Bottle a little smaller than I thought,and 100ml but it is not full to the top ,but you only need a couple of drops
