To use for a massage, apply oil onto palms of hands or directly onto skin and massage until absorbed. Use sparingly – a few drops go a long way!
To use in a bath, add a few drops of oil to warm water. Add more if desired. Please note our oils are 100% natural and can stain clothes if you apply too much. To avoid staining, apply sparingly & rub in well.

Knee pain

Have been using the massage oil for a week and the pain has reduced in my knees. Hoping this improvement continues

Strong smell

I found the lemon scent far too strong. I put it on my knee but couldn’t stand the smell on my sore hands . Not sure it helped much

It’s a yes from me

I’ve been using the turmeric massage oil for about 2 years I think now. The bottles last ages, as you only need a few drops each time. I use it most mornings on my lower back and knees for osteoarthritis. It really helps me be more active and able to get on with my day. I’ve just turned 70 and would not function as well without it.
