Massage oils
I really like the massage oils, the smalls are very therapeutic, the lavender at bed time is really nice. I have a lot of pain through my body , I use on the areas I can reach and it helps a little . I have a massage weekly and the therapist will use the oil for me .
Three weeks in
I’ve been using the neroli and orange oil on my knee for almost three weeks now. It hasn’t yet taken the discomfort away completely but I feel that it’s staring to work and my knee feels slightly easier when walking. I apply it three times a day , one of those applications being just before bed.
As advised in other posts I’m going to persevere with the oil and I’m hoping in the next three weeks to feel a significant improvement in flexibility and comfort
Interesting and different
I bought the turmeric with lavender oil and have been using it on arthritic hands. I also have handbag-sized oil with orange which I prefer.
It is smooth and soothing to apply -the after-note of turmeric is stronger than the lavender, which is a pity but it’s quite a subtle scent.
Is it helping? Not sure anything much has changed.
