Perfect oil, helps with aches and pains and smells lovely
This is great on my knee, takes the pain to a manageable level so I don't notice it as much. However be careful how much you put on as I used it before I got into bed and it stained the sheets a bit.
Used on my knees 2:3 times a day. Bought Turmeric Frankincense & Lime.
