Help section- Clear Cookies from your device
We continuously improve our website with new features which means if you visited our website previously, you might not be able to see new features if your device still has old 'cookies' stored (every website collects cookies to ensure best possible experience of their website). Cookies clear out automatically on your device within few days but you can also clear it manually which will enable you see all sections and features of our website.

Here are some simple instructions on how to clear cookies in your browser.
In Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click 3 dots.
- Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. We suggest to select 'All time'.
- Make sure "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are selected.
- Click Clear data.
In the Chrome app
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app .
- At the top right, tap More (with 3 dots).
- Tap History. Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. We suggest to select 'All time'.
- Make sure "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are selected.
- Tap Clear data.
In Safari
- In the Safari app on your Mac, choose History > Clear History, then click the pop-up menu.
- Choose how far back you want your browsing history cleared.
Mobile: Delete history, cache, and cookies
- To clear your history and cookies, go to your phone Settings > Safari, and tap 'Clear History and Website Data'.
- To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data.
In Firefox
- Click the menu button and select Preferences.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel.
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data…

- Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
- With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear
- Close the about: preferences. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
In Microsoft Edge
- Select 3 dots on top right 'Settings and more' or type Alt + F > Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, select 'Choose what to clear'.
- Choose a time range from the Time range drop-down menu. We suggest 'All time'.
- Choose the types of data you want to clear (see this table for descriptions). For example, you may want to remove browsing history and cookies but keep passwords and form fill data.
- Select Clear now.
