I use it morning and night on my foot and knee and it really helps with my arthritis. Would highly recommend it.

4 weeks into a creaking back injury, I found Turmeric oil and I’ll admit I was sceptical - did it work ?was it just another gimmick? My back and leg felt in bits - my training schedule was altered to accommodate my injury.

Helps tremendously with aches and pains in back

This product was recommended to me by a friend who already benefits from using it. I bought it for my husband who suffers with his knees. It is early days as yet but he thinks he can feel an improvement so anything which helps make him more comfortable is worth persevering with rather than the alternative of two new knees. Not always a good thing!
