Our Turmeric Extract is highly concentrated, so we blend it with natural maltose (found in a wide range of fruits and vegetables) to make it suitable for home consumption.
I take one of these every evening for various pains, mainly my fingers and thumbs are the worst. It keeps the pains manageable, so much so that wouldn't be without it. I did try the pack of turmeric first but I prefer the stickpack for convenience. Would highly recommend.
