Asian-Inspired Wellness Slaw
Fresh, crunchy, colourful and packed with flavour — this anti-inflammatory slaw makes the perfect light lunch, side dish, or BBQ salad.
🥗 Ingredients
- 2 cups red cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 large carrots, julienned or grated
- 3 spring onions, finely sliced
- 1 cup edamame beans
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Fresh coriander or mint (optional)
- 1/4 tsp 4 Spice Extract
✨ Ginger-Lime Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Ginger Extract
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Pinch of sea salt
- Small pinch of 4 Spice Extract

- Add the cabbage, carrots, spring onions and edamame into a large bowl.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together all dressing ingredients until combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle over sesame seeds and fresh herbs if using.
- Serve immediately for extra crunch, or chill for 15–20 minutes for deeper flavour.
