Have tried lots of different things for pain in knee and hip and have found this oil helps a lot with the pain glad I found and tried it thank you

This oil genuinely makes a difference and it smells delicious too.

This is my second year using 7 Spice Blend on a daily basis (mixed in with a little morning cranberry juice). I believe it reduces stiffness in my knees and hands during the colder weather. Autumn through to spring I swap out my regular hand cream for the turmeric oils - Neroli & Orange being my favourite. Again, less stiffness with the bonus of very soft hands. I work at stables in all weathers, so every little helps. Would definitely recommend.

I first tried the lavender oil and it made a big difference. The relief was immediate. My knees were so much less painful. I have used that for quite a while. I have recently changed to the Frankincense and lime. Just as effective and now use it on my toes as well. I can enjoy walking and shopping again. I would recommend anyone to give it a go.

I have fibromyalgia and struggle with the pains at times. I’ve just bought my second bottle as I’m finding when I have a flare up it helps my pains, especially at bed time. I’ve just noticed my hands and feet getting sore also, so I’m applying the oil to these areas as well. I do find that when I rub the oil into my knees feet etc, that it eases the pain for a couple of days. I would definitely recommend this oil.

I’ve just started using the Turmeric massage oils from the starter pack and am already feeling a difference. I try not to take tablets because they upset my stomach but a few drops of this oil massaged all around the knee before sleeping and I’ve been waking up far less stiff and sore. I will definitely continue to use and have already recommended to friends.

Saw this product on line and checked reviews which were good so I decided to try some. I have severe arthritis in my knees and was taking so many pain killers to be able to function which had an adverse effect on the rest of me.
So got oil started 5 drops on each knee and massaged it into skin and within two days I stopped the painkillers was sleeping at night. It’s been a bit of a game changer for me and just wanted to share my experience so maybe help some one else.

Was very sceptical when originally buying a starter pack but so so pleased with the outcome. Suffered for years with pain in my ankle which nothing would touch but now a few drops gently massaged in and the relief is wonderful. Would definitely and already have, highly recommend. Brilliant stuff!

I stopped for a little while for a rest and I regretted it. It makes such a big difference. I have also noticed that it works better if you rub it at the front of your knees and at the back of your knees. I can squat which is something I could not do before using the Turmeric Oil and the powder. I cannot believe the difference. Also, it helps to go low on carbohydrates as they do not help with inflamation. Thank you Pure Extracts for making my life enjoyable. Patricia
