🍮 Creamy Cardamom & Pistachio Panna Cotta
A silky, lightly spiced Panna cotta infused with PureXtracts Cardamom Extract, balanced with creamy coconut milk and crunchy pistachios. This elegant dessert delivers subtle sweetness and exotic warmth- perfect for mindful indulgence.
✨ Ingredients (Serves 4)

400ml coconut milk (or double cream for a richer texture)

2 tsp Cardamom Extract

3 tbsp honey or maple syrup

2 tsp agar-agar powder (or 2 gelatine leaves, if preferred)

2 tbsp chopped pistachios (plus extra for garnish)

A pinch of sea salt
🍯 Method

Prepare the mixture:
In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, honey, and sea salt. Heat gently over medium heat until warm (do not boil). -
Add the flavour:
Stir in the Cardamom Extract and chopped pistachios. Allow the flavours to infuse for 1–2 minutes. -
Thicken the panna cotta:
Sprinkle the agar-agar powder into the warm mixture, whisking continuously for 2–3 minutes until it dissolves completely. (If using gelatine, soak and stir it in after removing from heat.) -
Pour and chill:
Divide the mixture between small ramekins or glasses. Let cool slightly, then refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours until set. -
Serve:
Top with crushed pistachios and a light drizzle of honey before serving.
