Turmeric oil works wonders. I have now ordered another one for my daughter.
I had really bad knee pain and swelling and a friend recommended frankinsense oil. I googled this and found the PureXtracts website with turmeric oil which I discovered was also an anti inflammatory oil. On receiving my order I applied the oil around the whole of the knee area. It wasn't a quick fix but I found after a couple more applications the swelling reduced greatly and the nagging pain was eased allowing me to have a good nights sleep. I will certainly buy this again and maybe try other oils in the range.

I have been using the massage oil for a few years now, tried the powder in drinks but didn’t like the taste. Recently my partner has been struggling with stiff joints so I put him on the dry stuff and he is much more flexible now, he sprinkles it on his toast in the mornings. Don’t think we could do without it now, he is 80 and I’m 73.
