Good product

Use stick turmeric packs. Use morning & night. Has helped me sleep better. Also use Turmeric & Neroli for my knee which clicks quite often - also use it on other knee just in case it starts clicking. Also use on thumps which helps reduce swelling and pain. Arthritis runs in my family so trying to keep it at bay!!

Not seen anything to write home about yet.

Tried it for a couple of weeks, not sure what to expect. but not seen anything obvious yet

Turmeric really works

Been using turmeric powder and massage oil for 4 weeks now suffer with frozen shoulder since 2018 the pain has gone obviously I still have limited movement but I can use my arm as normal now will continue using I’m very happy and can’t believe it works. I’m so happy I went to Hampton court flower show this year and saw the stall. I even said to the gentleman, I’ll be back next year if it doesn’t work. 😂

Tumeric dry extract

I am suffering from hip & knee stiffness & pain, getting progressively worse. I used the turmeric oil & it did "something", so I have now been using the extract for about week & half, again, although there hasn't been a miracle, it does "something", when I'd all but given up finding anything apart from operations that would help. Worth a try.
