My dad takes this everyday and the difference it makes is great. He has arthritis and turmeric helps.

After 4 days the swelling had gone down on my foot. Now after being on this product for 4 weeks I have no pain, swelling or inflammation in my hands and foot. This product works. Is pleasant to take and I highly recommend this product to my friends and family.

I use 1/4 teaspoon in a small amount of cold water to help with hot flushes. The only downside is when you start to reach the end of the packet, its effect significantly reduces.

I was recommended Turmeric oil for my frozen shoulder. Product soaks into the skin nicely and smells great. Applying it before bed for the last week has really helped ease the pain. Would definitely recommend.
