Rosemary Fizz

A really easy to make brain boosting drink you can enjoy in any season. Add it to your water bottle & sip it through the day

Preparation time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

Rosemary Extract

300ml sparkling water

Lime

Honey (optional)

Method:

  • Add 1/4 rosemary extract in a dry glass
  • Pour sparkling water on the top
  • Add honey according to taste (optional)
  • Garnish with a wedge of lime. If you like sour taste then you can squeeze a bit of lime in the drink!

I am at present suffering from sciatica. I already use turmeric extract because of mild arthritis, for which it has been a boon. Would it be okay to increase my dosage from the quarter teaspoon recommended in able to combat this extra (excruciating) pain down my leg? I am also taking cinnamon to help keep my sugar levels down. Thank you
