I bought a trial bottle of this and spilt most of it transferring it to a roll on bottle, however the little I’d used did seem to help so I’ve bought a big bottle and it’s early days but I haven’t had any pain in my thumb since using it. I find the smell a little cloying and it seems to get everywhere but haven’t had any trouble with it staining. Again though, I split the bigger bottle into 3 x 30ml roll on bottles which is much more useful.
I have arthritic pain in my hands and also pain from an inflamed tendon in my knee and ankle.
I find my oils particularly helpful when trying to go to sleep at night. Within ten minutes the edge of the pain has gone and it's much easier to relax. I use several different oils, just for variety. I think the neroli and orange is my favourite. The warming scent of the turmeric is through them all though .

Tried the sample sizes first. Love the fragrances. Apply the oil each morning to hands and lower back, seems to ease the pain. I need to use it a bit longer to fully benefit.
