I started with a trial size, although it seemed quite expensive for such a small bottle, but in fact I realise you don't need very much at a time, and it is lasting quite well. I have been using it for a week or so and although slightly sceptical to start with, I do think it is making a difference, - at least I am now going to order a full size one. I have been using it for tendonitis and pain around the ankle which has been pretyt effective, and also for golfers elbow. It hasn't quite gone but definitely less painful at night - in fact I'm impressed enough that I'm sending some to my sister for a painful knee. I would note though that it is visibly yellow, so if using it at night you have to let it absorb first to avoid staining sheets, but it does smell nice.
I have arthritis in my thumbs and knees, after the first application I was able to use my hands with no pain. My knees are also so much better and I can kneel down again without being in agony. I have recommended PureXtracts to my sister who also reported great results.
