To use for a massage, apply oil onto palms of hands or directly onto skin and massage until absorbed. To use in a bath, add a few drops of oil to warm water. Add more if desired. Slightly disappointed

I ordered the jasmine scented massage oil. There is practically no smell of jasmine.
As far as effectiveness is concerned, it helps reduce inflammation and pain

this massage oil has really helped my knees I massage the oil into my knees morning and evening and it really makes a difference. would not want to be without it.

Fantastic product

Used this product for pain in my foot, I have been in agony for months until I used this oil and the pain has gone. I will be using it from now on. Turmeric and jasmine.

Sore knees

I have been using the oil twice a day and I think it is helping, it is early days I have a second bottle waiting. Tip. Use thin plastic gloves or you will have yellow nails!

Find it helps joint and muscle pain.

So little is needed , so lasts ages and really seems to help my arthritic joint pain, particularly on the hands. Seems to have effect very quickly.
