Add 1/8-1/4 teaspoon to any drink or sprinkle over food. Avoid using boiling water. Can be taken any time of the day, preferably in the morning, as ginger can be very energising.

Love this product!

Before trying this I would not have thought I was a big fan of ginger, unless in a cake or oriental dish.
I’ve tried adding grated fresh ginger to smoothies etc, but such a pain to sort.
This extract tastes so fresh !
Is convenient to use and to store.
A little bit goes a long way, it’s soluble so can be added to so many things. (I add it fresh fruit & Greek yogurt every morning).

Ginger extract

I have used this extract for a few days now along with the turmeric and neroli oil . You do not need a lot of the extract or the oil as they are both strong. I put my ginger extract in with my lemon tea. Also I have got my partner to use the turmeric and neroli oil and he feels the difference almost immediately.

Recently purchased the ginger extract and I've been taking it for about 2 weeks. I've always suffered with allergies and blocked nose and since taking ginger I've experienced a noticeable improvement with my stuffy nose. Excellent product, will definitely purchase more when needed.
