The 7 Spice Winter edition is like 7 Spice on steroids! It’s amazing. Super tasty and I think even more effective. I’d like to add it to me daily regime throughout the whole year.
Excellent product, using the tumeric-lavender oil has signicantly relieved the pain of an arthritic hip. And somedays even no pain. I no longer take anti-inflammatories /painkillers 3- 4 times per day. I can walk 3- 5km most days which in recent years had been problematic. I definitley recommend trying the tumeric oil for a couple of weeks.
