    To use for a massage, apply oil onto palms of hands or directly onto skin and massage until absorbed.
    To use in a bath, add a few drops of oil to warm water. Add more if desired. Use sparingly – a few drops go a long way! Please note our oils are 100% natural and can stain clothes if you apply too much. To avoid staining, apply sparingly & rub in well.

    Arthritic Pain Relief

    Ordered the Tumeric and Neroli & Orange for my Arthritis (I have lots) it arrived quickly and well packaged and I have been using it for almost 2 weeks now. I will say that if you're not careful then it will stain your clothes. I also don't think that the smell is very strong and I don't get a warming feeling. But with all that said I'm not sure if it's all in my head or if it's actually working but my hands don't feel as stiff and sore in a morning as they usually are, but it's done nothing for my knee, hip, or shoulder pain, maybe I just need to give it more time. I am going to continue using it on knees etc and hopefully it will help over time.

    Bought the turmeric orange oil had it 2half weeks for my roto cuff strain hasnt took the pain away at all very poor
