Was very sceptical when originally buying a starter pack but so so pleased with the outcome. Suffered for years with pain in my ankle which nothing would touch but now a few drops gently massaged in and the relief is wonderful. Would definitely and already have, highly recommend. Brilliant stuff!
I stopped for a little while for a rest and I regretted it. It makes such a big difference. I have also noticed that it works better if you rub it at the front of your knees and at the back of your knees. I can squat which is something I could not do before using the Turmeric Oil and the powder. I cannot believe the difference. Also, it helps to go low on carbohydrates as they do not help with inflamation. Thank you Pure Extracts for making my life enjoyable. Patricia
