So smooth and creamy with a kick of ginger to boot, this ice cream is rich, but refreshing. A little treat to end a meal or a comfort food that gives you a warm cuddle, adding broken up cookies gives an extra crunch and a little bit of what you need!


  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream (shop bought is fine but you can also make your own!)
  • 1/4 tsp PureXtracts Ginger Dry Extract
  • Leftover cookies (optional)


  1. Put 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream in a bowl
  2. Lightly sprinkle the ginger dry extract on the top and mix well
  3. Sprinkle cookies on the top (optional)
  4. Serve!
