So smooth and creamy with a kick of ginger to boot, this ice cream is rich, but refreshing. A little treat to end a meal or a comfort food that gives you a warm cuddle, adding broken up cookies gives an extra crunch and a little bit of what you need!
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream (shop bought is fine but you can also make your own!)
- 1/4 tsp PureXtracts Ginger Dry Extract
- Leftover cookies (optional)
Method
- Put 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream in a bowl
- Lightly sprinkle the ginger dry extract on the top and mix well
- Sprinkle cookies on the top (optional)
- Serve!
