Simple Spaghetti – the easiest spaghetti you will ever make. Takes 10 minutes, budget-friendly, with simple, healthy ingredients for a quick mid-week supper!

Ingredients

  • 250g spaghetti (cooked in sea salt)
  • 1 large tomato (roughly chopped)
  • 3 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 1 green chilli (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp of PureXtracts Ginger Dry Extract
  • 2tbsp butter
  • Handful of basil
  • Handful of chopped parsley (optional)

Method

  • Heat the butter in a pan over a low-medium heat
  • Add the crushed garlic and chilli (optional) and fry for 1 minute
  • Add basil and fry for another 10 seconds
  • Add 2-4tbsp of water and stir
  • Add Ginger Dry Extract, mix well quickly for another 3-5 seconds
  • Add boiled spaghetti (with a tiny bit of its own water) and mix well for 1 minute
  • Add sea salt to taste
  • Turn off the heat
  • Add tomatoes and chopped parsley
  • Serve and enjoy!
