Our Turmeric Massage Oils come in 5 different variants-  Neroli (orange blossom) & Orange, Lemongrass, English Lavender, Jasmine and Musk.

This bundle contains:

Turmeric's anti-inflammatory properties are well known to support joint & muscle health. Our healthy joints bundle is perfect combination for those looking to get goodness from inside (with our turmeric extract and 7 Spice extract) as well as outside (with our turmeric massage oils). Our 7 Spice extract is a super-blend of turmeric & 6 other potent spices that is best taken in the morning or day time. It can help boost energy levels & your overall wellbeing.


Add 1/8-1/4 teaspoon to any drink or sprinkle over food. Avoid using boiling water. Can be taken any time of the day, turmeric is best taken before going to bed, as turmeric needs time to absorb in the body. 7 Spice is best taken in the morning as it is very energising.


Apply oil onto palms of hands or directly onto skin and massage until absorbed. Use sparingly – a few drops go a long way!


Our extracts & oils are very concentrated packed with pure goodness and therefore come in small packaging that will last you for weeks if not months.


Turmeric Extract: Turmeric Extract & Maltose. 7 Spice Extract: Turmeric Extract, Black Pepper Extract, Cardamom Seed Extract, Cinnamon seed Extract, Clove Bud Extract, Ginger Extract, Maltose, Nutmeg Extract. Our extracts are highly concentrated, so we blend it with natural maltose (found in a wide range of fruits and vegetables) to make it suitable for home consumption.

First time user

I purchased the Healthy Joints starter pack as i wanted to try several things and this was a good way to start. The neroli and orange massage oil is a little stronger than i would like but it soaks in to the skin beautifully. I add the 7 spice and turmeric powders to my hot drinks throughout the day. I love the taste of the 7 spice, one of the reasons that i bought it was because i like drinking chai latte and wanted to make my own at home. Not quite the same, but still delicious. I have osteoarthritis in my thumb and i'm sure that using these products has eased the pain. I have already ordered more of the 7 spice and turmeric powders.

Starter pack

I love the taste of the supplements and find it easy to take in a drink of orange juice at breakfast time. There has been a marked difference particularly in my arthritic thumbs. I am about to order more of the sachets are so easy to use.

Great way to try

This was my first introduction to these products and what a brilliant way , I recommend this to any one who will listen ! I have since gone on to buy 3 full size oils and the turmeric. All simple to use but so effective. Give them a go you won’t be disappointed honestly

What a miracle!

I ordered the trial pack 2 days before visiting my GP re extensive pain and swelling in my hands. I told her I'd sent for Tumeric oils and she told me I was wasting my money! She arranged for me to have an Xray and told me to buy ibuprofen gel. I was told Xrays showed osteoarthritis, and basically that was it! I wasn't expecting such a quick result from my favourite trial bottle 'Neroli and Orange', I couldn't believe how the pain subsided. My favourite hobby is gardening and I can now prick out all my little seedlings and be pain free afterwards. It does nothing to bring down swelling, but greatly improves flexibility and pain. I will recommend this to anyone suffering from arthritis.
