I bought this for my dad who has arthritis in his one knee and I had the 10ml bottle for myself for my knees, ankles and wrists. Well fair to aay my dad has nothing but praise as he know gets ourof bed painfree and can walk up and down the stairs almost painfree. My knees dont seem to crunch as much so we will be purchasing our next bottles very soon.

I find this helps my back, knees and feet . It will stain a white t shirt.
