To use for a massage, apply oil onto palms of hands or directly onto skin and massage until absorbed. To use in a bath, add a few drops of oil to warm water. Add more if desired. Use sparingly – a few drops go a long way!

Amazing

I have arthritis in my knees and back & more recently my ankle & upper arm have been very painful. I’ve tried tablets , gels , sprays etc which can take the edge off the pain but certainly don’t take the pain away . Saw an advert for this oil & decided to give it a try .
It arrived and as my knees were particularly sore I tried the oil out straight away . I was totally amazed as the pain eased off more or less as soon as I’d rubbed it in .I’ve been using it for about 10 days or so now and the difference is amazing , minimal pain in my knees if any . I actually have more movement in my knees than I’ve had in a long time , huge plus for me . My ankle , upper arm & back are very much improved also . I bought the trial set of three oils but I’ll definitely be buying the large oil when I start to run a bit low as I definitely don’t want to run out of it !!!

Brilliant

Didn’t think it would do anything but my wife struggles with her wrists and since she has been using this product she doesn’t have any pain. Would recommend
