How does it work?
This is a virtual service where we will be virtually speaking with our customers. Each slot will last for 20 minutes and and you'll have the opportunity to learn more about our products, ask questions and top up your favourite products - all at special show prices. Our virtual session will be done on Zoom app, further details about zoom is available on https://zoom.us.

When will it take place?
It will take place on on various days in October & November. Each day will have limited slots available to book between 9am to 5pm (UK time) on first come first basis.

What will it cost? 
It is a FREE service and there is no charge. You have no obligation to buy, you can just book appointment to speak with us if you have any questions.

How do I join? 
On this page, select the time you would like to join. Follow the checkout process (you won't be charged anything for this service but please make sure you finish the whole checkout process). Once completed, you will receive confirmation emails along with a calendar invite for this appointment. IMPORTANT: You will receive another email with your personal meeting link 1-2 days before the meeting.

Can I buy products?
Yes you can buy at special show prices. Before the call ends you will be able to place your order with us, we will email you a personal link with the products you want to buy. All you have to do is follow the link and follow the checkout process and once order has been completed, your products will be shipped as normal.

Can I invite friends?
Yes you can invite your friends & family to book their own personal slot. 

I am not in the UK, can I still join?
Yes you can join from anywhere in the world. There are plenty of time slots available to suit everybody's time zone. We ship our products to all over the world.

What is Zoom?
Zoom is a popular app which enables participants to do video calls. You can download zoom app on your mobile phone or your tablet. You can also join via a computer or laptop for which no pre-download is essential. You do not need to have a zoom account to be able to join this virtual exhibition but you will need to have the zoom app downloaded if you are planning to join from your mobile or tablet. You will also require an internet connection to be able to join this virtual exhibition. Download zoom at https://zoom.us

Do I have to turn on my video too?
No, you don't have to turn your video on. There is an option within zoom to turn off your camera & microphone.
